The Mt. Healthy Haunted hall is the home of the deranged Rev. Emmett Rotts. When the cholera epidemic spread to his town he turned to Satan to protect his people. Selling his soul kept the local residents safe but eventually drove him mad. He now proudly serves Satan actively building the twisted passages of the Mt. Healthy Haunted Hall and recruiting new members.
